This Is My Father’s World! For Ashley, Lennon and Most of All Chris

This post is about Following, which is what Chris Picco did earlier this month.

Well……. I guess this post  will prove to my wife that …..

…..No…..

I am not on my phone all the time.  Or on the web following the world’s stories.

I don’t know how it’s possible….. that…… I knew nothing of this,…… but I didn’t.

Now……… here I am………. almost speechless, but that would mean I’m not an Idiot, because a non-idiot would allow this to stand on it’s own.

Unfortunately, for the name of my blog, and you, I’m unwilling to do that.

For my blog it’s important because ……yes….. I remain thee blooming idiot I’ve always been. 

For you it means that if you missed this as I did……………. perhaps you too will be blessed to speechlessness! 

I’m currently writing a post on why Atheists don’t get God and don’t get those who do.

It’s something that I …….. marvel at?   How can they NOT!?!?!

I mean He is my world………….  At least I say He is ……….. when I know deep down……………. I’m my world!  With a little of family sprinkled in…… because they are the best part of me!  So yeah I guess it’s all about me…….. most of the time!

Not very righteous, but …………. there it is! (notice I didn’t highlight that)

So what if my world was brought to a tumbling hault?

What if I was diagnosed with some life altering malady?

What if my family, the best part of me, was tragically taken from me?

Well here is the example of examples I wish to be in those cases.

It is God who is the giver of all good things, and as I watched this I remembered ………. God is the giver of all good things!

I assure you……… an Atheist won’t get it………..but perhaps you do?

And if you do…….. God bless you!

If you don’t………. get to know this God………. who even in this tragedy…………. blesses!

HOW??????

Ashley and tiny Lennon know those blessings full and Chris will someday.  We are all here but a short time, ……………and……………………………. Our Creator gives us that time to find Him and when we get to go where He is, our blessings are made full!

That’s right……….. death……… is a promotion!  Worthy of being referred to as a blessing!

But…………. us left behind,………. feel unfathomable loss at times.

The heartache for us all in this life never will pass, with or without God, ……… Oh….. God can help us through it ,and I’m sure there might be non religious helps out there too, to help us deal with and soften the blows. but beyond this life……………. with God, it does!  The heartache departs.  The opposite is also true without God.

We need to be with God, ……Amen!

Chris,  thank you……….???  For allowing us to grieve in a most detached way……. yet so intimately……..

Chris you asked …… what now?  I know you know the answer for your Ashley and Lennon.

I know what’s next for your loved ones too, ……HIS PRESENCE!!!

My answer for your question to what now?  ….This ……….. and then ……… what’s next…….. for me?   I guess…………..I’ll follow God where He leads.

You did just that Chris, even though I’m fairly certain you’d have much rather gone another way.

But you know ………This is …….“My Father’s World”!    Yes it is!
